He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Todd and Mary Todd; his sister Jean Hall; and his great grandchild Declan Todd. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Haughs Todd; his brother Mike Todd; and his children, Wayne Todd (Kimberly), Craig Todd (Joanne), Sheila Moore (Archie), Sherri Banks (Jay), Stacy Todd and Shawn Nieberlein (Sean). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
