He was predeceased by: his father Robert Dale Hartsoe Sr.; his sister Jessie Hartsoe; and his grandmother Mary Ann Alexander. He is survived by: his mother Melissa Perkins (Dale Blankenship); his grandfather James "Jimmy" Alexander; and his siblings, Kasey Hartsoe, Steven Blankenship and Michael Blankenship. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
