James Wallace Rowe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wallace Rowe of Quinton, Virginia, who passed away on January 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by : his daughters, Theresa Walker (David) and Diane Walker (Randy); his close friend Janice Austin; his granddaughters, Kristen Griffin (David) and Shelby Walker; and his siblings, Archie, Ellen Mae and Helen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
