She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Flinchum and Alice Smith Flinchum; her husband Winford T. Meredith; and her grandchildren, Michael Keith Meredith and Susan Angela Meredith Beall.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Meredith, Tammy Duncan (Steve), Kenny, Ronnie (Elaine) and Johnny Meredith (Phyllis); her granddaughters, Andrea, Heather and Jessica; her sisters-in-law, Adell Adkins and Helen Flinchum; and her children, Dr. Timothy Byrnes, Vistar, Dr. Thomas Conlee, Jefferson Surgical, Dr. Mark Kasmer, Carilion Orthopedics, Dr. Janet Bechtel, Southwest Podiatry and Robin. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
