He was predeceased by : his parents, Everette McNeil and Nora Flinchum McNeil; his wife Ramsey E. McNeil; his brothers, Aaron McNeil, Raymond McNeil, Everette Junior McNeil and Alvin McNeil; his brother-in-law David English; and also, Ailene Sowers, Arlo Sowers, Pauline Pitsinger, Barney Pitsinger, Margie Allman, Kenneth Allman, Ada Morgan, Clover Ratcliff and Bob Ratcliff.
He is survived by : his wife Julie McNeil; his son Nick McNeil (Selena); his grandchildren, Cody McNeil (Kimberly) and Olivia McNeil; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Hanson (Matt), Ellowyn Hanson, Ronnie Payne, Bethany Payne, Wallace Lee and Stella Huff; his great grandchild Holden McNeil; his sister Lois Sedlacek (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, Ocie McNeil, Gloria McNeil, Betty Lynn McNeil, Karen English and William Morgan.
