He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilden Hurley Worrell and Elizabeth Edwards Worrell. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Traci Worrell and Hope Worrell of Barren Springs; his grandchildren, Justin Ratcliffe, Dakotah Stanger, Nellie Miller and Hayley Worrell; his sister Debbie; and his brother-in-law Michael Yonce of Kingston, TN. He is also survived by children, family and friends.
