It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Pruitt Jr. of Radford, Virginia, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther H. Pruitt, Sr. and Edith E. Gillespie. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Ray Pruitt (Lisa Pruitt), Melissa Dawn Pruitt and Jamie Pruitt Blundon (Rob Blundon); his grandchildren, Kenneth N. Pruitt, Carol J. Pruitt, Shawn Kirby, Christopher Kirby, Bella Blundon, Danyka Blundon and Macgyver Blundon; his great grandchildren, Alex Edwards and Kyzer Edwards; his siblings, Annie Darnell (Greg), Carolyn Goodpaster (Mike) and Wallace "Bubby" Pruitt; his uncle Paul Pruitt (MaryAnn); and his aunts, Bonnie Myers Somerville (Alexander) and Lettie Myers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help the family with final expenses.
