He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Wade and Savannah Lewis Wade Haley. He is survived by: his wife Marion Snell Wade; his children, Gertrude Moore, Norma (Ronald Walker) and William A. Wade, Jr. of Radford; and his sister Evelyn Coalston of Phoenix, Ariz.. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to New Mount Olive UM Church.
