Powell; his children, Lisa Powell Anderson (Mickey), Kevin Todd Powell (Tracey), Michelle Renee Powell, Gary, Amy and Pam; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Kristi, Kendall, Jacoby, Brianna, Oscar, Adrian, Marilena, Corrie, Lorrie and Katie; his great grandchildren, Calvin, Katelyn, Addison, Natalie, Marissa, Lisa, William, Julia and Colton; and his siblings, Richard Wilson Powell (Brenda) and Virginia "Mollie" Welch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
