He was predeceased by : his father Preston Dewey Harman; and his brother Dewey Harman. He is survived by : his mother Betty Ann Blankenship Harman of Raven, VA; his wife Holli Rasnake Harman of Raven, VA; his children, Sarah Renee Sells (Jason) of Radford, VA and Nicholas Harman (Sarah) of Lebanon, VA; his sisters, Kathy Sword of Cedar Bluff, VA and Sue Wade of Richlands, VA.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Preston Harman, Jeremiah Matthew Sells, Katie Lynn Harman, Aaron Thomas Harman, Zeke Lee Sells and Benjamin Adam Mayhew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
