He is survived by : his wife Trula Ann Shelton Dye; his children, Tina Johnson (David) of Red Ash, Virginia Pam Cordle (Jimmy) of Raven, Virginia and Charlie Dye (April) of Swords Creek, Virginia; his siblings, Irene Johnson and James Dye, Sr. (Geraldine); his grandchildren, Brooke Lester, Maleigha Hess, Madilyn Cordle, Jacob Lowe, Braxton Lowe, Bradley Dye, Blake Dye, Cody Lester, Zachary Keen and Jordan Dye; and his great grandchild Aiden Lester A.
