We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2021, at the age of 65, Orpha Ann Mullins of Raven, Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Will Stacy and Bertha Stacy; her husband Ruley Mullins; and her stepdaughter Betty Alford. She is survived by : her son Brian Mullins; her grandchildren, Emma Brooke Mullins and Hudson Ruley Mullins; her stepdaughter Barbara Varney (Lee Roy) of Raven, VA; and her siblings, Estel Stacy, Furl Stacy (Delephine), Donnie Stacy (Diana), Pearl Lester, Dorothy Lester and Virgie Lester (Bud). She is also survived by four step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Commonwealth of Virginia Mandate, facial coverings and social distancing are required at all times.
