It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carter Williams of Remlik, Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Carter Braxton Williams. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jean "Peggy" Williams; his daughter Christine Williams; his grandson Brennan Carter Williams; his mother Elizabeth Mae Williams; his siblings, Donald Williams (Linda), Leroy Williams (Ann) and Linda Ransone (Stephen); his uncle William "Billy" Williams; and his close friend Amy. He is also survived by nieces, cousins and lifelong friends.
