We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2019, at the age of 93, Oscar Frias (Reston, Virginia), born in El Paso, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Barbara Frias; his children, Catherine Milstead (Robert), Michael Frias (Mary Ann), Charlotte Copenhaver (Michael), Peter Frias (Erin) and Erik Frias (Christine); and his grandchildren, Meagan, Jennifer, Mary Elizabeth, Maria, Olga, Danielle, Nicholas, Caroline, Clara, Emily, Madelyn, Erik, Julia, Steven, Sebastian and Zachary.
