She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Wilson and Ruth Mae McCray. She is survived by : her husband Tony Lowe; her son Justin Paul Russell of Portland, OR; her siblings, Jim McCray (Becky) of Meadowview, Sue Bailey of Abingdon and Carole King (Jay) of Abingdon; her nieces, Alayna Hubble (Calvin), Emily Bailey and Ellie Martin (Charles Crawford); her nephew Adam McCray; her mother-in-law Patricia Lowe of Richlands; and her brother-in-law Ricky Dean Lowe (Debbie) of Richlands.
