With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmia Horn of Richlands, Virginia, born in McDowell, Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James Keen and Rosetta Underwood Keen; her husband Millard Horn; her siblings, Bessie Mullins, Betty Jane Jones, Edna Horn, Gracie Boggs, Robert Keen and Creed Keen; her daughters, Connie D. Cox, Rosa M. Rose and Emily Horn of Richlands, VA; her siblings, Gladys Church, Mary Adams of Raysal, WV, Jarvey Keen and Harvey Keen of New Castle, VA.; her niece Tonya Blankenship; and her grandchild Thirteen. She was also cherished by Thirteen Great Grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a beloved aunt along with several nieces, nephews.

Per COVID-19 mandates, face coverings and social distancing will be required and only ten people at a time will be allowed in the chapel.
