He is survived by : his wife Judy Faye Ball Mitchell of Richlands, VA; his daughter Leslie Love of Richlands, VA; his brothers, Ronnie Mitchell, David Mitchell and John Mitchell (Bonita) of Tazewell, VA; and his grandchildren, Thomas Love and Christopher Mitchell.
