She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitt Lowe and Madge Lowe; her husband Buddy G. Shinall; her grandson Adam David Shinall; and her siblings, Eugene Lowe, Elmer Louis Lowe, Earl Lowe, Donald Lowe, Floyd Lowe and Pauline Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Buddy T. Shinall (Regina) of Bristol, VA, Elmer Shinall (Kimberly) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Janie Plumley (Giles); her grandchildren, Joshua Andrew Plumley (Sabrina), Brandi Elizabeth Beavers (Nathaniel), Aaron Giles Plumley (Victoria), Hallie Elizabeth Grace Shinall and Whitney Lynn Faith Shinall; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Kaiden, Jalynn, Natalie, Adam, Easton and Asher; her siblings, Whitt Garfield Lowe (Wanda) of Purcellville, VA and Eunice Yvonne Burke (Donald) of Marshall, TX; and her close friends, Sheila Shelton (Cookie) and Jean Spencer. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
