He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Peggy Slate Whited of Richlands and Gratt "Happy" Whited; his sister Debbie Brewster; his wife Mindy Howell Whited of Richlands, VA; his daughter Amy Adkins (Bobby) of Belfast, VA.; his stepdaughter Sarah Osborne (Doug) of Doran, VA.; his siblings, Tammy Foley (Tom) of Claypool Hill, VA. and Larry Whited (Melissa) of Bristol, TN.; his grandsons, Austin Adkins, Dylan Adkins and Collin Adkins; and his stepgrandchildren, Ayla Osborne and Celia Osborne.
