She is survived by : her children, Pamela Elaine Joyce Oates of Deltona, FL., Mark Eugene Joyce of Richlands, VA, Karen Adele Joyce Hale (Carl "Skip") of Richlands, VA and Lori Ann Joyce Ringstaff (Mike Ball) of Belfast, VA; her grandchildren, Kelly Leigh Ringstaff Redd (James) of Bluefield, VA, Nathaniel Blake Ringstaff (Heather) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Charles McKinnley Hale (Misty) of Bethesda, OH, Derek Samuel Reece Ringstaff of Cedar Bluff, VA, Zachary Adam Hale (Sarah) of Claypool Hill, VA and Gregory Russell Fox (Brittany) of Orange City, FL; her great grandchildren, Ella Drew Ringstaff, Baileigh McKinna Hale, Carlie Jade Hale, Ava Leigh Hale, Delainey Blair Fox, Logan Blake Simmons, Kayson Maddox Porter, River Zane Hale and Decker Brantley Fox; and her siblings, Richard Andrew Jessee (Emily) of Orlando, FL, Margaret Bailey (Larry) of Lake Norman, NC, Emily Mae Jennings of Cleveland, TN and Greta Leigh Jessee Sargent of Wardell, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Commonwealth of Virginia Mandate, facial coverings and social distancing are required at all times.
