He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Kranitzsky Simonpietri. He is survived by: his children, Sean Simonpietri, Corey Simonpietri (Jennifer) and Kristin Snyder (Chad); and his grandchildren, Abby, Wynter, Gus, Sam, Averie, Jacob, Ben, Ellie, Aiden and Ruby.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (6006 Three Chopt Rd, Richmond, VA 23226). A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westhampton Memorial Park (10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23233).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Barry's memory to a charity of your choice or to St. Bridget Catholic Church, where Barry found such joy and peace.
