He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Kirby (Gammon) and John Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Anne W. Kirby; his sons, Vaughan and Tim; and his grandson Skylar.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
