He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jackson and Dora Lee Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Owens Wilkins; his children, Lisa Wilkins Keaton and Jamie L. Wilkins-Strack; his grandchildren, Scotty, Aaron, Kayla, Carly, McKenzie, Rylee, Weldon and Stetson; and his siblings, Thomas Wilkins (Shirley), Joe Wilkins and Beulah Wilkins Spencer. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
