She was predeceased by: her husband George Belford; her parent Oza Hamblen; her brother Raymond Hamblen; and her sister-in-law Joyce G. Hamblen. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Belford and Theresa Cesario (Craig); her grandchildren, Tessa and Ethan; and her siblings, Mary McCormick, Lilly Gentry (Ray) and Bill Hamblen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
