It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Frances Woods Price of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roscoe Price; her father Henry Woods (Marie); her aunt Goldie (Bob); her brother Gary Woods; her son-in-law Gary Gayness; and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Gibbs, Bill Myers, Jack Roach, Billy Price, Mae Snyder (Gene), Charles and Eunice Price.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Gayness; her granddaughter Jennifer Perkins (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Rylee and Carter; her siblings, Kathy Gibbs, Carolyn Taylor (Leon), Linda Myers and Ronnie Woods (Becky); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Roach and Doris Price. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Jude or Hatcher Memorial Baptist Church.
