He was predeceased by : his brothers, Mario B. Magno and Cesar B. Magno; and his parents, Dr. Cesar J. Magno and Dr. Josefina B. Magno. He is survived by : his wife Margaret; his children, Cesar P., Vincent P., Teresa P., Michael P. and William V.; and his siblings, Jose B., Carlo B., Manolo B. and Nanette M..

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home - Chippenham (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224).
