He is survived by: his sister JoAnn Nelson; his son Ryan Mize of Horsepasture; his brothers, Jackie Mize (Claire) of Ridgeway and Ronnie Mize of Horsepasture; and his pet Rascal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
