He was predeceased by : his father James Carlton Ashburn. He is survived by : his mother Lois May Martin Vandergrift; his daughter Lindsey A. Sifferman; and his siblings, Gail Ashburn, Tracey Shough and Carlton Ashburn. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
