He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie David Bullins and Sharlene Clark Bullins; his sons, Rodney and Brad Bullins; and his brother Gene Bullins.
He is survived by: his wife Connie McGuire Bullins; his daughter Allyson B. Springs (Allen); his sister Bonnie B. Winingham (Charles); his grandchildren, Jason Springs (Mariah) and Heather Grogan (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Jericho, Eden, Anna and Beckett; and his sister-in-law Peggy Bullins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Ringgold Fire & Rescue.
