She was predeceased by : her parents, Humphrey Laws and Lily Laws; her husband Curtis McMillon; and her siblings, William, Dorothy Owens, Pauline Bean, Ernest, Clarence and Linwood.
She is survived by : her son Bobby Talbard (Sarah); her grandchildren, Jordan Talbard, Johnathan Talbard and Carrie Ann Talbard; her brother Curtis; and her nieces, Donna Dickens and Wendy Poythress.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ringgold Volunteer Fire Department, Ringgold Volunteer Fire Department.
