He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ferguson Scearce; his children, Jackie Scearce Hardison of Raleigh, NC and Harry Wesley Scearce of Ringgold; his stepchildren, Kathy Frankos Adkins of Ringgold and George Nick Frankos, Jr. of Margate, FL; his brother Freddie R. Scearce; his grandsons, Jonathan Hardison and Joshua Hardison; and his stepgrandchildren, Justin Barker, Ryan Barker, Tasha Frankos and Ashley Musculus.
