She is survived by: her parent Virgie Mae Riffe Cole; her children, James David Lawrence (Sally Brewer Lawrence), Steven Wesley Lawrence, Mark Stuart Lawrence (Lauren) and Cathy Lynn Lawrence; her grandchildren, James S. Lawrence (Katie Lawrence), Cole S. Lawrence (Lindsey Lawrence), Joshua R. Lawrence (Cynthia Lawrence) and Ivey E. Amburgey (Andrew Amburgey); and her siblings, Peggy Yeary (Phil), Leoma Worthington, Susy, Lissy Lou and Sulmi.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Good Samaritan Hospice at 2408 Electric Road in Roanoke, Va. 24018.
