He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Mitzi Davis, Greg Creasy (AJ) and Deanna Kurz; and his grandchildren, Makenzie Kurz, Hunter Creasy (Kasey), Justin Creasy, Adam Creasy, Chase Phillips and Haley Phillips. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
