He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Kingery and Ruth St; and his niece Nora Lee Wright. He is survived by: his sisters, Ruby Shepherd (Walter) and Bonnie Fleming (Paul); his nieces, Gloria Kalka (Greg), Susie Crump (Jim) and Heather Wright (Kris); and his nephew Kevin Gruver. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
