She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude D. Fortner and Margaret Fortner; and her husband Karl W. Guthrie. She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Lee Hedge (Robert W. Hedge, II) and David Wayne Guthrie (Ann Guthrie); her pet Cricket; her cousins, Sue, Sandy, Shirley and Betty; and her friend Rita Schneider. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
