She was predeceased by: her mother Venie Hall Bell Powell; her stepfather Tommy Powell; her father William Lewis Bell; her stepmother Claudine Rierson Bell; her brother Melvin L. Bell; her son Frank E. Kelly, III; and her husband Robert C. Fitzpatrick (Bobby).
She is survived by: her children, Delaine Newcomb (Richard), Robyn Smith (Julian), Terry Kelly (Angie), Kathryn Thieben (John) and Alison Perdue (Leon); her great grandchildren, Brandon Tuck (Missy), Hope and Mackenzie; her grandchildren, Jake Tuck (Lauren), Hannah, Jacob, Mason, Berkely, Atleigh, Laurie Goss (Geoff), Riley, Kellan, Erin Ellis (Tom Guffey), Landon, Braeden, Reagan, Alexander, Jude, Daniel Kelly (Lauren), Khannan, Shaina Kelly, Christopher Perdue, Caleigh, Cody Kelly (Kayla), Blake, Raelynn, Richard Newcomb (Kim), Anabel, Kristina Britt (Sean), James, Derek Kelly (Kelly Whittaker), Frank E. Kelly, IV (Tori), Whitney Moore, Kolton and Gavin; her caregiver Debbie Austin (Larry); and her friends, Shirley Hylton and Garnet Hypes. She is also survived by her husbands, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, as well as her sisters and brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, and her numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, 5648 Oakland Blvd, Roanoke, VA 24012.
