She was predeceased by: her parent Charles William Hill; and her husband Frank G. Williams, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Willa Mae Hill; her children, Teresa J. Moss (Walter) of Vinton and Stephen K. Wiley of Salem; her sister Shelby J. Matney of Roanoke; her grandchildren, Christina Cregger of Wilmington, NC., Natalie Blackwell and Nick Wiley of Salem; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Cole, Arlie Blackwell and Estella Blackwell; and her nephew Hubie Matney of Roanoke.
