She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Moulse and Irene Moulse; and her brother Larry Moulse. She is survived by: her husband Russell Eugene Franklin; her daughters, Teresa Witten, Witten Pizarro and Michelle Pizarro (Tom Pizarro); her siblings, Norma Gardner (late Troy Gardner), Buddy Moulse (Debbie), Phyllis Cochran (Bill), Tommy Moulse, Bonnie Coffman (Steve), Sharon Proffit (Gerald), Brenda Thomas (Raymond) and Chuck Moulse; and her grandchildren, Jeff Witten, Cassie Witten, Maria Pizarro and Nate Pizarro.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cave Spring Baptist Church.
