He is survived by: his wife Shelby Lee Wandel Zook; his children, Beatrix Bevin Zook, Koen John Zook and Mina Pearl Zook; his parents, Claudia Beth Tow Zook and Charles A. Zook, Sr.; his grandmother Alene Marjorie Scheible Tow; and his siblings, Rebecca Alene Zook Baker, Amy Lee Zook Steele and Jonathan Zachary Zook (Elizabeth Anne Refino). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
