He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Mae Lacy and Cabler Lacy; and his siblings, Edwin Lacy and Annette Lacy Lumsden. He is survived by: his wife Carlene Wilson Lacy; his sister Anna Margaret Lacy Price (Don Price); his daughters, Sarah Lacy Willis of Powhatan and Katherine Lacy Cleary; his son-in-law Kevin Cleary of Owings; his grandchildren, Dorothy Willis, Raleigh Willis, Patrick Cleary, Ryan Cleary and Ian Cleary; and his niece Bonnie Lumsden Ferguson (Barry Ferguson).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Cave Spring High School.
