She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Clealia Gray Cook and Luther Dewey "Whack" Cook. She is survived by: her husband William "Haynes" Spickard; her sons-in-law, Rosalyn Shimp, Carl Shimp, Naomi Rock and Michael Rock; and her great grandchildren, Tyler White, Jordyn Simmons, Luci Rock, Jacob Simmons, Scharlotte Rock and Trevor Rock. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephew, cousins and wonderful friends.
