She was predeceased by: her children, Linda Marie and William Larry Scott. She is survived by: her husband William Curtis Scott; and her daughters, Donna Scott, Kathy Wiggins (Jim) and Wanda Smith (Harold). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Evelyn's memory to Good Samaritan Hospice.
