He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Dulaney, Sr. and Thalia Horton Dulaney; his granddaughter Kiersten Flynn; and his brother-in-law Kermit Grim. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Abshire Dulaney; his sister Frances D. Grim; his children, Paul Dulaney (Christine) and Cindy Flynn; and his grandchildren, Jamie Gore (Chris), Johnathan, Alec, William and Riley.
