He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Martin, Garfield Martin Jr., Darlene Martin, Harriette Martin-McMillan (Antwain) and William Isaac Martin; and his sisters, Pamela Heard (Clifford) and Frances Williams (Terry). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
