He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Dalton and Lelia Beck Dalton; and his siblings, Mary Chisom, Rebecca Masse and Kyle Dalton.

He is survived by: his sisters, Martha Wright and Rachel Stump; and his brother-in-law Don Masse. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
