She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Puckett and Delores Chamblin Puckett; and her sister Rhonda Hope Puckett. She is survived by: her children, Melinda Wiseman (Eric Wiseman), Terri Bush (Jay Bush) and Davie Guthrie (Kristen Guthrie); her grandchildren, Samantha Morgan, Kristen Whorley, Keith Whorley, Nelson Wiseman, Zach Bush, Levi Boyer and Deacon Guthrie; her great grandchildren, Caden Toothman, Ben Whorley, Carson Lodge, Natallen Whorley and Gracie Sigmon; and her siblings, Brenda Conley (Jim Conley), Connie Fralin (Don Fralin), Howard Puckett (Curenna Puckett), Jerome Puckett (Debbie Puckett), Ronald Puckett and Wayne Puckett (Susan Puckett). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
