It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Phippen (Roanoke, Virginia), who passed away on July 14, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy. He is survived by: his friend Norma Matney; his sons, Rick Phippen (Tiffany) of Indianola, Gary Phippen of Waukee and Rob Phippen of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Justin, Nikki, Shane, Brant, Carver, Laura, Taylor and Gavin; his great grandchildren, Logan, Kylie and Quinn; and his siblings, Frank, Karen and Dixie. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
