He is survived by: his children, Janet Perkins of South Point, OH, James Linthicum (Tina) of Roanoke, VA and Charles Linthicum (Barbara) of Burlington, OH; and his sister Virginia Linthicum Harris of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; two Great, Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
