It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Marie Tramuel Mills of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wesley and Mattie Pendleton Trammel of Iron Gate, VA.; her husband Lawrence H. Mills, Sr.; her daughters, Kimberly L. Slaughter and Connie M. Mills; and her siblings, Joseph, Dorothy, Charles (Douglas Trammel) and Mary Sinclair (Shirley Bradley).
She is survived by: her children, Donna Mills, Karen D. Noel and Lawrence H. Mills, Jr.; her sisters, Peggy Trammel of Baltimore, MD, Hazel Tucker (Richard) and None Wallace (John); and her siblings-in-law, Donna R. Mills of Roanoke, VA and Julian Mills of Stewartsville, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
