He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Niday; and his siblings, Harold Niday and Bobbi Mercier. He is survived by: his parent Marie Clark Niday; his wife Carol Jean Niday; his children, Cindy Smith (Tony), Shawn Niday, Kevin Niday (Wendy) and Mary Jo Niday; his grandchildren, Samantha, Cody, Taylor, Devin, Kaitlyn, Mason, Harman, Alana, Zeva, Landon, Kallie, Michael, Tyler, Jonah, Bella and Gracie; his great grandchildren, Taylor and Emmaleigh; and his siblings, Edna Mary Greenwood (Harold), Sylvia Proctor (Richard), Mary Coleman (George), Evelyn Niday, Jack Niday (Lillian) and Ted Niday (Angela).
